Anybody who wants to take lessons. The youngest starting age for a student is usually five to six years old, about the time they enter elementary school school. Lessons begin at a half-hour in length, and as the student desires more complex training (or at such time as more complex training becomes the next step), students can take an hour-long lesson. Most adults, whether having taken lessons before or simply wishing they could, often believe it is too late to start. While there are many reasons for starting younger, the gift of music isn't meant to be known in a single time frame. All people learn differently and can be taught differently. This includes when they are taught. Adults are welcome and encouraged to take lessons regardless of their background. No one will be turned down.
